Myntra.com — ordered products during the eors sale

I placed an order for the below mentioned products on 21st december, 2018 during the eors sale. The due date for delivery was not met with though the product had reached the anna nagar despatch center on 2nd january. I had to wait for the product even after 6th (The day it was supposed to be delivered by) and i received no updates on it. Only after i filed a complaint i received a call saying the product will be delivered at the earliest. And yesterday, 13th january, 2019 when i checked the status it says the product is lost. Its time the time and efforts of a customer that went to the dogs. I have ordered repeated products from myntra and never have a seen them in such a bad light. But this is pointless. You make somebody wait all the while for nothing at all.
