On the scheduled day of delivery, I received a call from the delivery guy that he is coming to deliver. I asked him to drop my parcel at my college gate. Later on, when I went to collect it, my parcel was not there. I searched everywhere and all possible locations but in vain. All the parcels of all the other students come there how come only my parcel is missing? I tried to contact the delivery guy but my pin expired and thus could not reach out to him. Hence I contacted Myntra customer care and raised the issue. They took 2 days and closed my complaint saying that the delivery was done from their end. I asked for proof - the delivery guy's name and his contact number, at what time it was delivered, etc. Myntra did not provide me anything and said as proof they have my voice recording when the delivery guy called. I mean what kind of proof is that? The guy called me saying he is going to arrive at my location and does not prove the fact that he actually delivered the parcel!! I repeatedly contacted Myntra for the same issue but in vain. I came to know about a few other e-commerce sites that refund the money on the loss of a parcel but Myntra even did not bother to process my complaint further. Was this information helpful? |
