I had placed a prepaid order for Voyage women sunglass on 6th June, using Myntra App .
Myntra had delivered a wrong sunglass of the same brand on 10th June and on the same day I had placed a request for return and refund . Return pick-up completed on 11th June and I got an SMS as a refund of Rs.779 has been initiated and it will reflect in my account in 1 to 3days .
Today it has been 20 days but the refund is not credited to my account .
I have called customer care of Myntra many times and explained my issue in detail every time and I experienced the most pathetic service ever .They people (so called customer care champion) are just asking me to wait for 24 to 48 hours all again . They are harassing me again and again .
I request the concerned person of this consumer forum to intervene in this case and save the rights of consumers from this type of fraud activity done by Myntra.com .
