Myntra.com — pick up done but not received any refund

I received wrong product and pick up was done on 11th march 2019 but till now no updates of refund nd pick and delivery agent was very rude nd bad behavior now for refund daily m calling myntra but even higher officials also not listening, avoiding me, not giving my refund, they have taken my money and shoe both, very very bad service nd nd customer care executive are totally nonsense giving fake promises to me even mangers also, myntra is worst service ever, pathetic experience.
