[Resolved] Myntra.com — picked up & cancelled

I have returned a product on 27/12/2018 which was picked up successfully and got an acknowledgement email. However, the very next day I received an email stating the pick up is declined.
When called the customer care, they said that they date not able to help with the issue and disconnected the call twice.
Please seethe necessary email confirmation from Myntra about the pick up status.

Updated by praneethsontha Hi, I have contacted Myntra several times. They keep on telling the same this game that the supervisor will call about the order. Please let Myntra know about this and I need my refund ASAP
