My sister had ordered 3 Kaifoo Kurtas but, instead we received one small red duppata without tags, we complained many times to escalation support of Myntra and they assured that it will be picked up as per the complaint dated 24th Jan 2023 but, still pickup guys are refusing the pickup.
They are saying that there is no such instructions given to them to pickup this wrong product. However, Myntra Customer Support told that ths is a high priority dispute pickup and they have clearly instructed pickup to take back this wrong order.
We are regular customer of Myntra this is the first time we feel cheated by the fraud seller/packaging team and frustrated by the pickup team's attitude towards this pickup order.
This is a very bad experience that we had and is discouraging us from ordering anything from Myntra in future.
I have mentioned many times to the Myntra Customer Support to ask pickup guys to pickup wrong red duppata since until and unless this instruction is not mentioned these pickup fools will not pickup.
If possible please fine the seller and take action on the pickup team.
