I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding the unresolved issue related to my order, despite multiple follow-ups.

Due to personal reasons, I initiated a cancellation request through the Myntra app on 26-Apr-2025. Since then, I have been following up continuously via customer care calls. However, each time I was told, "your problem will be resolved within 48 hours, " yet no action has been taken.
As of today, the order still shows as pending cancellation, and the refund has not been processed. My payment remains on hold, and I have not received any satisfactory support or resolution. This has been a very disappointing and time-consuming experience.
Request:
Immediate cancellation of the order
Full refund of the amount paid
Clarification on why the delay occurred despite multiple follow-ups
I request you to look into this matter on priority and ensure that my refund is processed at the earliest. Kindly acknowledge receipt of this email and provide a resolution timeline.
