Myntra.com — Product damage and still in warranty but not replacing it

I purchased a nike shoe 3 months back and its been a defected piece. My product is still in warranty but they are not ready to take my complaint and forcing me to contact brand. But on the nike website its been clearly mentioned that you should submit the defected photos along with invoice and style number to the purchaser. But as now my myntra is a purchaser and they are not helping. Didn't expect from such high brand myntra. My request number is IN[protected].
