Myntra.com — product do not pass quality check!! | |||
Return no. -[protected] Order no.[protected]-5329901 Had ordered a aeropostale bomber on 19th december from myntra. It arrived early (23rd december). I tried the jacket out but due to fitting issues i decided to return it as it was too large. I requested for the return on that very day. I clearly remember not misplacing any tags or anything that came with the product. The pick up was on the same day but the pick up agent came around 1.30 pm and i was in office at that time. So i gave him to his location at chandra lok square indore at around 3.30 pm. The picking agent checked the tags and condition in front of me only and he said everything is ok. After the message was sent on my mobile that the pickup was successfully completed i got another message saying my return request was "put on-hold" as it "failed to pass the quality check". This is very unprofessional if pickup agent checked everything and gave me assurity the everything is ok then how could they say that quality check failed. Kindly help me to get my money refunded as soon as possible... Was this information helpful? | |||
