Myntra.com — product exchange (size issue)

I have made an order dated 2nd Jan 2020 against the order ID[protected]-8913601 on Myntra, wherein 2 items of brand 'H&M' (Rs.5999 & Rs. 1499) have a size-related issue.
I have contacted the Myntra's support.
However, got denied for exchange. They came out with some irrelevant logic affirming the collection of insider points.
I have told them to reverse the points but denied twice. Please look into this.

I have called three times since morning regarding my order which shows deliverd in the app but not received by me. There is no email received for my complaint lodged, completely dissatisfied as this is 2nd time

I am booking without vibration wireless headphone but this product is vibrate headphone and this product is dead please help MI exchange this product otherwise refund my money please
