Myntra.com — product has been returned to myntra.com, but refund is not received in bank account.

Sir, i purchased shoes from myntra.com on 25.01.2020, after delivery of product i returned the product to myntra.com on 01.02.2020. On 07.02.2020 myntra.com informed me by email that refund has been processed. But the refund of rs. 1764 has not been credited to my bank account till now, i contact to myntra.com but they are saying that refund has been processed and they are not cooperating. I have made a complaint to sbi bank by making an application ' dispute gravianve', but they are saying that contact to myntra.com. Anybody are not helping me, please solve my issue.
