Myntra.com — product I want to return is not yet picked up since from last 4 days

I have placed a return request for a sweatshirt but till date it has not been picked up. Every day i get a message that it will be picked up but all in vain nobody comes to pick up. I called customer care to register my complain and he also assured for the pick up but it did'nt happened.

Every time i call at tjis number it is always unreachable.
Kindly take strict action against dis or else resolution left with me is to stop shopping from myntra and refer other as well for the same.
