Myntra.com — product is not received by me but showing that order delivered order no[protected]-2896001

Order deliverd date showing date is 14/08/2018 but i did not received the product, i have contacted with the customer service number [protected], they booked the complaint against the issue but still now they did not resolve the issueeven if more than 15th days have gone how i can resolve my problem, i want to go consumar foram if complaint not resolve
