Myntra.com — Product is successfully pickedup but status is updated to pickup is failed

Vaishali nagar, Jaipur, rajasthan

I have returned 2 product and delievery boy came on 30 january 2023 and pickup the product successfully but in evening the status is updated to pickup failed.
and on 31st January again pickup boy came and I informed him that pickup is done then he update the status to product mismatched.

I complained many time but did not get any response from myntra.

I hope this compalain can help me.
