Myntra.com — product not delivered and pressure to cancel the order

Latest order delivery date was supposed to be 22. Today is 29th yet myntra is doing same thing.
I haven't received a single call from your delivery executive for this particular product. Yet you are informing me that i have refused to collect the order.
This has been done for 5 times.
Myntra's behavior is very wrong this time. I am repeating again that i haven't refused or rejected this order.
Please make this delivery without faking for once.
