[Resolved] Myntra.com — Product Not Delivered but it is reflecting as Delivered | |
I ordered a Joggers pant on 21Dec2020 Order ID # 1160417 [protected]. On 28Dec2020, i got a message that your product is delivered, then i immediately called the customer care with complaint no IN[protected] for the same. On 04Jan2021, they simply resolved the complaint, when i again called the customer care they confirmed that it was delivered so that closed. After i repeatedly told them that i have not received that product, also told that i have never received a call from their delivery boy. Are they able to identify the person who is delivered the product. they simple denied. Was this information helpful? | |
Jan 18, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved When i called the customercare they registered a complaint and the number is IN20122917195468405084.
And on 04 Jan, they close the ticket and provided a proof of delivery(First letter of my name). which is not my signature also not my handwriting. Myntra.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
