Myntra.com — product not delivered but marked as delivered | |||||
I ordered two products on Myntra. Yesterday I got the message as they are delivered but I didn't receive any of them. The status on the app also got updated and showing status as delivered. I tried to contact the delivery boy so many times but he is not picking my calls. I tried calling customer care but failed to connect with anyone. Kindly provide me the products or refund my money. It was not a good experience at all
. Some improvements are required in terms of delivery system, so that no customer face this kind of issues in the future.
