I have an item for exchange. It is taking 20 days to process it. Now i have moved to another location, but i am not able to change the delivery address as well. I have called the myntra customer care 4 times, but no help. They keep fooling customers. Firstly, they had promised product will be delivered within 5 days but it was not. Next after i shifted, i had called them again when i had been told that request will be cancelled within 2 days so that i can raise a new request with my new address but till now the status is showing shipped since last 1 week. Product had reached my old location and got returned but they are not changing the status. Inspite of calling the customer care again and again to update the status, they kept telling lies and did nothing. Now i am running short of time as product won't be exchanged after 30 days.
