Myntra.com — Product not received after payment

I ordered a watch from myntra. Order no[protected]. I got the message on 14 july2016 that it is delivered but it was not delivered, so i called to myntra custmer support. They told it is already delivered and they will check. On 15 july 2016, the parcel was delivered at 11 a. M. The packet was teared off. It was folded and stick with tape. It contains empty covers and magazine papers. The watch is not there in the packet. I was not present at the delivery time. It was delivered to the reception in my hostel. I did'nt get any call from delivery person before or after delivery. I am trying to call myntra customer care but it is not reachable. I also have cc tv footage from the time he delivered till the time i recieved the parcel from reception. It was not tempered meanwhile.
