Myntra.com — product not yet delivered and the company not assisting with adequate help. | |||
I placed an order on Myntra on 5th October and paid via my debit card..the order was supposed to get delivered on 12-14th October but Myntra postponed the delivery to 16th October. I raised a concern regarding the my order and the assigned Myntra representative told me that I will gety product my 16th but I didn't receive and today is 21st October. Today when I again raised another concern, the assigned Myntra representative called Pankaj told me to contact them after 4hours and he just signed off and ended the conversation. I am not being able to get any details about my order. Other products that I ordered from Myntra however has been delivered on time but with this order they are not providing me with any details about my product and since I have already paid for the product and I am very scared that this might just turn into a fraud case scenario.. please help me out.
