This is regarding puma men black solid slim fit ess padded jacket (Order#[protected]-7192803). This item was picked up on 24th dec, 2018 by myntra agent (Phone#[protected]) and he confirmed after 2 days that refund will be initiated soon and the details couldn't be updated on website due to the busy schedule during christmas sale. After that the agents no was switched off. Then i raised complaint with myntra customer care twice - complaint nos: in[protected] (Raised on 4th jan, 19) and in[protected] (Raised on 28th jan, 19). Each time i was promised resolution within 4 days, however i am still struggling with refund and any update from myntra.
I have called them multiple times and they simply put my call on hold or never give any reply. I am fed up of this ongoing issue. It's consuming a lot of my time and efforts. I am expecting an urgent resolution as this has been negligence and irresponsible behavior by team myntra and i am facing the brunt of it. Hugely dissapointed. Was this information helpful? |
