Its really disappointing that despite product got picked up 5 days back still I didn't receive its refund and even after raising complaint didn't receive any positive response from your end.
Your team says they investigated regarding this issue but the truth is they didnt even connected with Pick up executive. If he/ she would have connected they could have find that even Pickup executive is agreeing that he collected the product and updated in the system but it's technical issue or system issue.
Now, the point is if its your system fault then why me as a customer suffering because of it. And even after raising issues why proper investigation has not been done. Why customer has to investigate and share proof every time. I am feeling like robbed and harrassed by Myntra and would like to raise this concern of mine to higher authorities of yours.
Requesting for the final time to investigate deeply into the issue and refund my money else I would put this call recording on social network to highlight how Myntra team treat their customers and rob them .
I have call recording where Sachin Sharma Pickup guy has confessed that he has picked up a product infront of his manager Rajkumar. Hope this will help.
