Myntra.com — Product return is placed on hold

The product that I recieved has minor defect and while returning, I showed it to pick up person, rather than picking it, he put my request on hold. There is no options in customer service that I can get help on this from the website or application. I actually like to change product with different size after returning it but I am not getting any updates.
The product is a long sleeve t-shirt
