Myntra.com — Product wrongly marked as "delivered"

I placed the order on Myntra mobile app on 6th July 2025. The delivery date indicated at the time of order was 15-18th July. However, the product was updated as "delivered" on 10th July. I was traveling till 17th July. Upon my return, I realised, that while the product was shown as delivered, the package was never delivered.

When I brought this to Myntra's notice, they told me that the investigative timeline of 5 days has already lapsed. Since the product was delivered 5 days before delivery date, I was stuck with a lapsed timeline, and no product. Myntra has offered me no resolution.

They insist that since the timeline has lapsed, they cant help me.

I have been a regular customer of Myntra.com and have always adhered to the policies and timelines. I was just requesting for an exception this time since the product was showing an early delivery date and was actually not even delivered.
