Myntra.com — products delayed for delivery, no reply from myntra on delay

Good day, i order was not delivered on time, causing much problem.
Order no.[protected]-3402401. There was no communication from myntra, they do not even have email id, phone is never answered as i tried several times calling the service center.
I have cancelled this order and raised a new order.
Please make sure this order:[protected]-2016401 reached on time, else would never shop with myntra.
