This is to formally complain about the highly irresponsible and careless handling of my recent order, which has been wrongly marked as “Delivered”, when in fact, I never received the product.
There was no call, no OTP verification, no message, and no delivery person ever came to my address. Then I ask you – who exactly did you deliver my package to? I was out of India from 16th June to 30th June, and during this time, my phone number was switched off. Still, your team made no effort to verify the delivery. No family member or neighbor received anything on my behalf either.
This is a complete failure of your delivery system, and it’s unacceptable. I’ve received products from Amazon and Nykaa without any such issue — they verify deliveries properly. But Myntra? You casually hand over the product to someone and mark it as “Delivered” without any accountability.
I demand answers to the following:
Why was no call or message sent at the time of delivery?
Why wasn’t OTP verification done?
Who exactly received my parcel?
Where is the proof of delivery (name, signature, or photo)?
What immediate steps are you taking to fix this?
To make things worse, after lodging the complaint, your team has been calling me daily and sending copy-pasted emails repeating the same excuse about your “5-day delivery policy.” I told your executive clearly not to call me again unless there’s a real solution. Yet, your team continues to call, wasting my time and adding to my frustration.
