I ordered a pair of shoes from myntra and received it yesterday, i didn't even wear the those shoes as i didn't like the colour and immediately asked applied for a exchange, and today when i was about to get the exchange the delivery boy refused to take as he thought it was damaged, but here i didnt even use to product then how can it be damaged from my end, now he has put the entire process on hold. It is so inconvenient that this is the 2nd time I am facing such issues with myntra. My concern is I cannot wait till 12th Oct 2021, as i have to attend a party tomorrow so i want the product exchanged by today or tomorrow itself, because the mistake is not from my side, for no reason this inconvenience is created. Please look into it ASAP as I want to by today or tomorrow.
