Myntra.com — quality check failed for kurta

The item returned by me (Anouk women grey printed a-line kurta)
Which has been put on hold for refund. The product was put on hold as it was returned without any damage from my side.
This is not the kind of customer service i expect as i have returned the item the very next day. This has caused me a lot of mental agony as i can assure you that i am not at fault.
