Myntra.com — Quality check failed. not able to exchange the product

I had ordered a top (SCORPIUS women yellow soild crop top). I tried the jtop out but due to fitting issues i decided to exchange it. I clearly remember not misplacing any tags or anything that came with the product.
the courier guy said that the "price tag is missing".(brand tag was there only) Now why the hell would i do that? Remove the price tag? What do you guys take a customer for? I have done shopping from other e-commerce sites and have never faced such a thing. What if you had sent a defective product? What then? I did not do a "quality check". If the product is undamaged then why on earth am i not able to replace it? I want to replace it back! Stop duping people like this. i received message from myntra to contact customer care but I have not received any number in that, only one link was there which is not working
