I ordered hangup suit set from mantra and it was delivered one day earlier than promised. As soon as I received the product, I tried and didn't like the product because of the overall quality and the pant size issue. I requested for a return and refund then and there, and the guy came for pick up in the next hour. I had the product for about an hour.
So now the weird thing is I received a quality check failed status and the product was gonna ship it back to me. I contacted the customer service and they suggested that I receive the product again and file for return request and also call the customer service back about the issue.
Which I did, I received the product in about 3 days and I called the customer service and they said they will investigate. Also, as they said me to request for return again, which I did and the guy took the product this morning. Again I received the same quality check failed stats.
I don't know how long this loop is gonna play out but I'm extremely tired calling back and forth and trying to get my refund.
This is also my first myntra purchase and the experience was disastrous.
Please help me with this one.
