It is to inform you that i ordered rayban sunglasses which was delivered to me on 02/01/2019. As i was out of town that time so someone else received this product on my behalf. I came on 10/01/2019 when i saw the product it was not the same which i ordered and also looks duplicate. So as u have the information that i paid a lot on this product so i can’t compromise.
I also spoke with your customer care they told me that we can change this only in 7 days as per their policy but i told u earlier that product looks like fake and also not the same which i ordered for. Also it’s not too late.
So it is requested to change this on urgent basis. I[censored] can’t then give me a reply as soon as possible so i can go for any legal process and for that i need your reply in writing. So it is requested to give reply soon.
