I had received a defective Calvin Klein t-shirt "men brand logo printed pure cotton t-shirt" in XS size from Myntra. It was a white color t-shirt.
When I received the product and opened it, the C letter (in the logo word "CALVIN") was received in a peeled off condition and also the letter N (in word "NEW YORK") was fading 50%. Also at the left bottom side at waist area the stitching of the t-shirt was torn up to 1 inch.
I had tried many times from the day I received, to exchange the product for same size of mine as return was unavailable, but unfortunately I was unsuccessful in doing that as it used to say that the address they have delivered this specific t-shirt to is invalid for pickup (which clearly sounds pretty theft full in nature).
Then I tried many times to reach customer care over call, but again I was unable to do so, as they don't given any options through which we can have a word with their customer care executive.
At last I tried the chat option on the Myntra app that was available and had a word with their executive Mr. Shadique under the Chat ID : 30986132, where he confirmed he will sort out a resolution for the issue within 24 hours. Within a few minutes I saw, as I checked back that my complain was closed stating " We regret to inform you that your claim for the return of the product cannot be accommodated as the product was shipped to you in a proper and intact condition after a successful quality check".
I am sure one can clearly understand how Myntra is running away from resolving the issue to make a theft of my hard earned money. I have even provided Myntra with the photographs stating my acclamation to be very real and true, with Myntra talking baseless with no photo proofs to prove that I was handed over with a non defective product.
Kindly help resolve this serious issue.
