[Resolved]  Myntra.com — Received a wrong product for which myntra is not accepting return request and refund confirmation

I had placed order on myntra on 25/02/2023 for "Puma Unisex Grey Aerogram Blaze Sneakers Casual Shoes pricing 5, 999 INR" [Order ID # 1229181 [protected]]. After approximately 1 day the order got delivered and upon unboxing I found out that the puma box contained "fake Nike shoes with no tags". I immediately initiated an return providing them with all necessary things which was required to validate the claim. I have even captured a video right from unboxing that package where it is clearly seen that they have delivered a wrong product. Return request was put on hold and then they canceled it. Even after sending them the proofs of the wrong product shipped myntra refused to collect them as they were not the same as what was mentioned in the order. After repeated calls they reopened the issue but still no pickup arranged and no confirmation of refund. I am unsure now will they accept return now as it is past one week I have completely lost my trust with myntra bcz of such a pathetic service. How could they not value such an expensive package I want to return the products and in return i expect compensation for my loss.

The escalation team finally did sent the return related mails to the warehouse office and the delivery guy picked up the product. Myntra then processed the refund.

With reference to previous complqint, after multiple calls and chat with customer care they have give the BDO approval and had arranged one pick up date. The delivery guy came and just clicked the pics the wrong product. On asking why he wont pick up the order, he said myntra didnt send any approval pickup mail to him. He went back and failed the pickup order saying he would pickup the next day. But no further communication made on the next pickup date in myntra's portal. Till then already one day has passed but there is no attempt in scheduling another pickup date. I tried contacting customer care but they keep saying to wait for their update. I have lost hope in Myntra's customer care. Already 2 weeks passed and they including the delivery guy are coming up with new excuses to not pickup the wrong product and process my refund. I am in need of help please to get this picked up and get ny money back.

After multiple retries finally myntra sent the warehouse office the mail they need and the delivery guy picked up the product. Got the refund today. Thanks to the consumer forum for sorting this issue out.
