[Resolved]  Myntra.com — Received empty package on pre-paid order

1. Order placed for Amazfit unisex smartwatch for Rs 10, 799/-
2. Amount pre-paid through upi
3. Received a carton where the smartwatch box within was tempered and the smartwatch and its charger are missing
4. Myntra customer support is now denying the fact that they delivered an empty package.
5. Hard earned money wasted so easily?

'Not yet resolved' They updated their response in the help centre of my account that they 'investigated the matter and found that the complete product was delivered'. Yes the package was delivered but product within was MISSING..NO REFUND NO REPLACEMENT
