I had placed an order on Myntra with Order ID: 1294107 [protected] for 'The Roadster Lifestyle Co. Men White Solid Track Pants (Size: L)'. However, I was delivered a T-shirt instead. There was another item in the same order which was also wrongly delivered, but that was eventually replaced after multiple follow-ups.
I contacted Myntra’s support team within the permitted timeframe regarding the wrong item (T-shirt received instead of track pants). Initially, they told me that a replacement will be initiated after pre-approval. But no such approval came, and the status was randomly updated to 'out for delivery'.
Later, when I contacted them again, they falsely claimed that the correct product was already delivered and refused to replace or refund. I have raised the issue multiple times but each time, the case gets closed with the same generic message that the product passed their internal quality checks and the packaging was tamper-proof.
This is completely unfair, I did not receive the product I paid for. The issue is not about package tampering, it’s about receiving the wrong item altogether, packed and sealed from their side.
I am requesting action to be taken against Myntra for denying a genuine grievance and for their poor customer service. I would like either a full refund or the correct product to be delivered as soon as possible. I am attaching the images of the wrongly delivered item along with the email conversations with the support team.
