Myntra.com — Receiving invalid OTP and getting wrong login password therefore not able to login to my account

I ordered several items from myntra and not able to return any of them. My myntra account was logged in to my phone and suddenly logged out as i have reset the password. upon several tries and several complaints, i am unable to access my account. the customer care says that my account is active and not blocked. I am recieveing OTP but none of them are getting validated neither my e-mail and password are working.
