Myntra.com — Red tape shoe return failed quality check

Recently I just ordered as pair of Red tape sports shoes from Myntra. After I received the parcel I opened it and tried the fitting of the shoe and it was smaller than my size so I requested the return immediately within half an hour with all the tags and invoice inside the parcel and without any kind of damage or wear or tear. After one day I checked the status of the return and it showed your order is on hold. I don't know what to do so I called the help centre and they told me that the order is on hold because the order is used and I didn't even used the shoe and I told them everything and now I've got no response from their side and and I didn't even get my refund I don't know what to do so please help me with it
