Myntra.com — refer & earn problem

I promoted myntra app to my friends and in return i got 300₹ (600 myntra points) in my account on 14 oct 2017. But still it is under pending points and i could not make use of it. I contacted myntra customer care but they have no idea about the problem. Myntra even don't have any review system or rating scheme in their app and customer don't have any platform to raise our opinion or complaints which makes it difficult to trust.
