I Had Ordered 1 Tommy Hilfiger Tshirt From Myntra, Which Were Received By Me In Good Unused Condition. On Trying it once, I Found The Size(Small) Doesn't Fit Me Properly. Hence I Raised For A Return. Upon Return, Myntra Updated Me Saying A Quality Check Failure And No Refund For The Order. I Would Like To Notify You, Neither The Products Were Used, Nor Did It Have Any Stains/Smell Nor The Labels/Tags Were Torn.
I Would Like To Ask Myntra, If A Customer Wears A Product Even Once To Check The Size, Will The Fresh Ironed Look Be There For The Tshirt??? Some Creases In The Tshirt Are Bound To Happen As It Is Repacked The Customer Himself Without Ironing. Do They Expect The Customer To Understand The Size Without Even Wearing The Tshirt? If So, Why The Return Request Has An Option That" I Didnt Like The Fit/ The Size Doesn't Fit Me" Etc. ????
I Have Followed Myntra Return Policy:-
Returned Within 30 Days Of Order
The Products Were Unused/Without Any Stains/Odour
Labels Intact And In Same Polywrap
The Products Were Just Worn Once To Check The Size. Also Its Illogical, That I Will Go Outside Wearing The Tshirt With The Tags On. Am I A Mad Person Or Doesn't Have Dressing Sense That I Will Use The Product Outside Without Cutting The Brand Labels.
Then How Does It Fail The Quality Check. Kindly Look Into The Matter And Help Me With The Refund At The Earliest.
