Myntra.com — refund delayed | |||
IV ordered a street 9 dress on Myntra but returned on 13th July but till now the refund amount has not been credited into my account. I have called the customer care many times but they gave me the bank reference number and told me to contact the concerned bank. When I lodge a complaint online in the bank they told me that they have not received any payment from the merchant. So what do I do now? Was this information helpful? | |||
