Myntra.com — Refund denied | |||||
I orderd a pink stripped top from harbour and mast through myntra. I recieved order on 23rd july. Requsted return on 24th july. The guy picked it up on 4th august. Next day another guy came for pickup and said i was suppose to handover to product to him. I talked with two customer care person regarding this. They filed complaint and thats it. I got multiple emails stating return request accepted, request failed and request denied. I sent complain email and they replied that i have to raise request again for pickup, they dont have that product. This is the worst experience i had with online shopping.
