Myntra.com — Refund issue of more than 2K

I order an item from myntra on 11/aug/2016 and and because size i have to cancel that product. Now myntra said there is a transaction error and not return my amount of 2500/-, every time i call them they said give us a 2 days we solve it but its being 6 days i continues call them. Please solve details as given bellow
