Myntra.com — refund issues regarding earrings

I ordered a pair of earrings on 6 may 2018 with order no.[protected]-3210101 the order arriver on 9 may but due to some quality issues i opted for the return option on 10th may with return id[protected] and by next day it was picked by the delievery boy with tracking id :mynr[protected] and as per t&c the refund to my bank account was promised within 7-10days but its 1st june and i havent recieved any amonut in my account. Please help me asap

Actually it is not a complaint but a request.I want my order to be delivered by 3rd or 4th june for Sera Women Black Printed A-... (Order No. :[protected]-0101901) h. .I'll be very thankful for this act of kindness

I've bought SoundPeats q12 earphones last July 2017 and is not working under warranty period of one year. Please exchange my product.
