[Resolved]  Myntra.com — Refund not initiated or updated in the website

An item have been picked up on request from my side. Though it was picked up successfully by their delivery executive it wasn't updated in their website or initiated the refund of amount Rs 509.
I am sharing the proof about out for Pickup msg and picked up sms.

Out for Pickup:
Libas Women Navy Gree... with tracking ID MYNR[protected] from myntra.com, will be picked up before 9pm today by an EKART Wish Master (call [protected], PIN 140). Keep the product ready with all accessories and tags for verification.

Pickup Completed:
