This mail is with respect to the order that i have placed with you Order ID # 1246217 [protected] using Credit Card.
I have cancelled two items in this order on 11th sept 2023 (Tommy Hilfiger shirt and trouser) but haven't received the refund yet.
I have called the customer care 8-10 times and registered a number of cases with you but everytime the case has been marked as resolved without actually doing anything at all.

Even after 22 days I am not provided with the bank reference number that I asked for multiple times, they are just creating the case every time and closing them without any resolution or update to me .
