I ordered a Mynta e-card (gift card) worth Rs 2000/- on 10th August 2021 but till today i have not been able to use that card.Whenever i try to redeem the gift card it shows already redeemed and shows some random person’s email id everytime.Even after numerous complaints to customer care, they have not been able to provide a refund or activate the gift card.I am feeling helpless and not able to recieve any help from myntra.They have ben asking to wait and wait and provide no solution.Its 20 days now Was this information helpful? | |||||

So myntra is washing off their hands from an insecure app and platform they are providing and not accepting a data breach that has happened the moment i bough a gift card from their app.They have asked me to report it to the cybercrime and they are not responsible for doing anything else or providing me a refund.Although i have raised the issue to cybercrime as well.i dont understand the neglect on the part of myntra as to not take responsibility of this data breach which purely started by their gift card.They want to blame the customers for the same and provide no resolution.

Even I was scammed like this by them. My gift card worth 2000 not working and they asking me to go to cyber crime
