I ordered a Mynta e-card (gift card) worth Rs 2000/- on 10th August 2021 but till today i have not been able to use that card.Whenever i try to redeem the gift card it shows already redeemed and shows some random person’s email id everytime.Even after numerous complaints to customer care, they have not been able to provide a refund or activate the gift card.I am feeling helpless and not able to recieve any help from myntra.They have ben asking to wait and wait and provide no solution.Its 20 days now

Updated by stuti0901 No resolution yet ! I was told by their supervisor that it will be resolved within 24-48 hours last friday but since then i have just been waiting for a call or any update.I am tired of calling them again and again.Their system is insecure and my money is just gone !

A supervisor names Sabana called saying that your e gift card has been hacked by someone and you need to report it to the cyber crime yourself and we will not be able to provide a refund or any other resolution as it is not our problem.So basically, breach in Myntra data is a customer’s problem and they dont have authority to provide a refund to me as a fraudulent activity on such a big e platform is customer’s problem not theirs !
I was shocked to hear that !

Updated by stuti0901 They said that my gift card hacking is my problem not myntra’s problem ! Even though the moment i purchased the gift card and tried to use it, i was not able to redeem as it was showing already redeemed.For past 25 days they kept saying that we are providing a resolution but could not find any and now just to pass it off they are saying that you go and report it to the cyber crime yourself and we can not help you .Is myntra such a big e platform created by me ???

So myntra is washing off their hands from an insecure app and platform they are providing and not accepting a data breach that has happened the moment i bough a gift card from their app.They have asked me to report it to the cybercrime and they are not responsible for doing anything else or providing me a refund.Although i have raised the issue to cybercrime as well.i dont understand the neglect on the part of myntra as to not take responsibility of this data breach which purely started by their gift card.They want to blame the customers for the same and provide no resolution.

Even I was scammed like this by them. My gift card worth 2000 not working and they asking me to go to cyber crime
