Myntra.com — refund not received at all | |||||
I bought 6 items amounting to rs.5938 i canelled those items and myntra said i ll get my refund within 15th june. Now today is 15th only one item's refund has been credited to my account of rs.981. The rest amount has not been credited and the bank is continuosly saying that with the reference no provided by them only one item has been credited to my account. Myntra has continuosly send me the same mail stating bank reference no and saying the refund has been processed from our end but this has not been the case. Even i got a sms from myntra saying only one item amounting to rs. 981 has been processed for refund. Please help. Was this information helpful? | |||||
