Myntra.com — Refund not received in tat and no reply to my email (negligence). | |||
I have recently returned one item on july 24, 2016 that i had bought from myntra. I paid the bill from credit card. The payment went through successfully. I got an sms from myntra stating that it takes 3-5 days for item to be returned to them. Further, it takes 7-10 business day for refund to credit card. The item was picked up on july 25, 2016. Its been over 10 working days and i have not received my refund. After sending an email to myntra i got an automated reply stating that return request has been accepted. I don't understand the refund concept as they have used my money for more than 10-12 days. I want them to refund the amounts along with interest as i invest money in mutual fund market for returns. I lost my interest in bank account or market securities for those number of days. And the refund is still not credited. Please look into this matter. Was this information helpful? | |||
