Myntra has done the same with me. When I realised that they credited money into the wrong account, I notified them and they asked me to send them the correct account details which i did and still no response. After a week, they said they have made the refund once and it was all my fault that I entered the wrong account details. I have been shopping from myntra for last 6 years and I am saddened with the customer care that they provide. They dint take any responsibility to resolve the issue. Unacceptable. It needs to be taken to the consumer court now.
Same happened with they interchanged last digit of my account number and credited refund in wrong account. And after that no response.
I have returned the product the Myntra gave me the update that the refund is initiated but till now I didn't get any refund amount so please once check it and solve as soon as possible

I received a wrong product after which I complained and it was returned. But now Myntra says that the refund failed as my bank account details were incorrect. I checked it several times but the details are correct. I've also received my previous refunds in the same account.
