Sir i place an order from madhira, khammam dist, telengana state on the date friday27th, june.2016. Order no[protected]. However in my area delivery option is not available but amount debited from my account rs 2851.17 on point of sale no is70012068. Txn#[protected]. Canceled on tuesday, 5thjuly, 2016. Still not receive my paid amount. Plaace an order from vector e-commerce private ltd. Located in mumbai. Please resolve my problem.

Please send reference number. my account is not creadited. My order no[protected] txn was[protected].i receive call from your agent he told process is running. But even today amount not refund and I am not receive any message from vector e commerce
